STRAIGHT ELEMENTS
2 distinct ratings, 25A/40A, produced in versions with 2, 4 and 6 conductors per single element. The system is completely MODULAR and, thanks to its characteristics, double busways — 2+2/4+2/4+4/4+6/6+6 — can be made using single item codes.
In the 6-pole version, 2 active conductors are provided for a possible security lighting circuit or for a lighting management and control system (DALI).
The conductors are made of hard copper with a purity of not less than 99.9%.
In the straight element, the conductors are separated from one another by a self-extinguishing technopolymer sheath.
Quick, snap-in assembly and screw clamp locking ensures electrical continuity of the protective conductor (PE casing).
The lighting fixtures can be mounted directly on the straight elements with special support brackets.
POWER SUPPLIES
Power supplies are fit with their respective end-of-line closures.
They come in two versions: with joint (LEFT) and without joint (RIGHT).
The 25A power supplies have terminals for cables having a cross-section of up to 6 mm2 while the 40A power supplies have terminals that can accommodate cables with a cross-section of up to 16 mm2.
ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS
Changes of direction and/or deviations due to obstacles along the line’s route can be made using flexible joints. For junctions with straight elements, they perform as head power supplies. Flexible couplings can be constructed on site by installing power supplies on the left and right and then joining them electrically with a length of cable suitable for the change in route.
BRANCHING PLUGS
These plugs are used for the electrical power supply of lighting fixtures and small, single-phase and three-phase users.
Heavy-duty plugs with screwless mechanical connection.
They can be plugged/unplugged while powered.
All insulating components are made of engineering-grade polymer as per IEC 60695-2-12 glow-wire test and V0-UL94. – The ground contact (PE) reaches the outer casing upstream of the conductor plug contacts.
Given its conformation, the plug cannot be inserted incorrectly. The following versions are available:
- 10A single-phase prewired with 3×1.5 mm2 cable, length 80 cm. In the 10A prewired versions, the contacts can be moved to other positions, taking care to replace the coloured identifier with another identifier of a different colour, which can be supplied as an accessory. Prewired contacts can be selected.
- 10A single-phase with 2 direct contacts with possibility of outfitting up to 6 poles with additional contacts.
- 16A single-phase with 1 direct contact + 1 contact with fuse holder rated up to 16A. Can be equipped with up to 4 poles with additional contacts.
- 16A single-phase with 1 direct contact + 1 contact with fuse rated up to 16A. Can be equipped with up to 6 poles with additional contacts.
